Pricing questions, answered
Is ₹12,000 really the total cost for the year?
Yes. There is no setup fee, no per-student charge, no module unlock fee, and no charge for the mobile app. The only optional add-ons are SMS/WhatsApp credits (billed at cost from the gateway) and premium storage if you exceed 50 GB.
How does this compare to other school ERPs?
Most Indian school ERPs charge ₹40–₹150 per student per year. For a 1,000-student school that is ₹40,000–₹1,50,000/year. Some also charge ₹25,000–₹75,000 setup, plus extra for the parent app. We charge a flat ₹12,000/year — irrespective of student count.
What's the catch?
No catch. We keep the price low because Amitrix EMS is built on a single multi-tenant platform — your data is isolated, but the engineering cost is shared across hundreds of schools. We make our margin from scale, not from squeezing each school.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes — a 14-day full-feature trial. No credit card needed. We'll import a sample of your real data so you can evaluate it on your own records.
How long does implementation take?
Most schools go live in 5–7 days. For larger institutions or those migrating large historical datasets, we have done full migrations in under 3 weeks.
What if we need to cancel?
You can cancel anytime. We export your data as Excel/SQL and delete it within 30 days, per the DPDP Act. There is no lock-in beyond the year you have paid for.
Can we run multiple branches?
Yes — multi-branch is included. Each branch is a separate tenant under your school group with its own admin, but you get a consolidated dashboard for the whole group.
Is the data hosted in India?
Yes. We host on AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1). Daily encrypted backups, 99.9% uptime SLA, and we comply with the DPDP Act 2023.
