When parents sit on the fee committee, your records have to be clean
The Delhi School Education (Transparency in Fixation and Regulation of Fees) Act, 2025 brought a school-level fee committee to private unaided schools, with parents among its members. Whatever your view of the law, it changes one thing for the accounts office: fee decisions are now explained to people outside it.
A school that can show what each family was charged, what was collected, and who approved each concession walks into that meeting with answers. A school whose fee history lives in a carbon-copy receipt register walks in with a long evening of homework behind it.

Most Delhi schools are CBSE-affiliated, and many parents are more at home in Hindi than English. Amitrix EMS prints CBSE report cards in both, with ICSE and State board formats available for schools that need them.

Frequently asked questions
Will Amitrix EMS make our school compliant with the Delhi fee regulation law?
No software can do that on its own — compliance depends on the fee your management proposes and how the committee process is run. What Amitrix EMS does is keep the records that process relies on: itemised fee heads, every payment and receipt, and every concession with the person who approved it, all exportable as Excel or PDF.
Does it work for DoE-recognised private unaided schools as well as smaller schools?
Yes. The same platform runs a single-section pre-school and a multi-branch senior secondary group. Because the price is a flat Rs 12,000 a year for the institution, a small Delhi school pays the same as a large one.
Can report cards be printed in Hindi?
Yes. CBSE report card templates are available in English and Hindi, alongside ICSE and State board formats. Many Delhi parents read Hindi more comfortably, and a report card they can read is one they will actually discuss at the PTM.
We already use another school ERP. Can we switch in the middle of a session?
Yes. Send us your student, parent and fee records as Excel or CSV and we import them. We recommend loading earlier fee history one month at a time and checking the first batch, so nothing is invoiced twice.
Where is your team based?
Our office is in New Ashok Nagar, East Delhi (110096). Demos are held online, so schools anywhere in Delhi and the NCR can see the system running on a sample of their own data.
